MAGIC POTION

My Magic Potion for boosting the immune system all year around. The preventions and cures to everything are in Nature. :)


To me the weather change doesn’t mean FLU Season or Cold Season, or getting sick season, reprogram your mind. Think positive, the weather change is simply that the weather change. Continue to wash your hands thoroughly keep your fingers away from your face especially your mouth, nose and eyes. Stay active and positive. What I like to call my Magic Potion is what I drink all year around. But I believe we have been out and about more lately and probably have gotten off the wagon of Boosting our Immune System, me included. So here’s the recipe for my “Potion” that was actually introduced to me by a good friend of mine.



What’s Needed:

Medium to Large pot of water


Add

-Turmeric Root or Turmeric Powder

-Ginger Root

-Lemons


Additional adds but optional (honey, cayenne pepper, limes)


Chop up the Turmeric and Ginger

Add to pot of water. Cut lemons in half, squeeze the fresh lemon juice in pot, cut up a few slices of lemons and add to the pot of water, turmeric and ginger. Bring to a boil, then let stand to cool off. Drink as many as 2 cups a day.
