I've been eating 95 % plant based for 5 years and I was inspired to create this channel because I always imagined eating plant based takes a lot of ingredients and time. Until I started whipping up quick delicious meals of my own. *Therefore I decided to share my discovery and show those who are interested how easy & quick it is to cook and eat #plantbased meals that taste great!
My favorite ingredients are #aminoacids, #garlicpowder, #onionpowder, #seasalt, #blackpepper and #grapeseed oil. Dairy products used in my meals are all #plantbased. My must haves in the kitchen for quick meals are #mushrooms, #onions, #spinach, and #avacado.
