That energy will be stored in the body's #SolarPlexusChakra (located below the rib cage, above the navel). It's an energy field that houses our confidence, and power. It also can be used during the fall and winter seasons. It will help keep you #Fired up for those upcoming cold #weather lazy days.
Find time to connect with #Nature and the Earth's energy. Earth also spells Heart :) The earth's energy is electrifying and a direct connection to our #hearts. Do some #grounding by putting your bare feet on the #earth and allow the electricity to be pulled up from the soles (souls) of your feet, breathe in deeply and #imagine a white light of #energy rising to the top of your head, then smile and express #gratitude.
Maintain a lite eating plan full of fresh fruits, #veggies and #juices. If you haven't yet try something new, #foods, #hobbies, and or #adventures. It's very important to not burn out. So rest & reserve your energy when needed. Find and keep a good #balance in all areas of your life. Stay #positive and keeping filling yourself up with greatness!! It's contagious!!!
